We have many variations available on our website, however sometimes you may not find what you need or you are unsure of what would suit your home best. Our custom design service allows you to collaborate with our designers to create unique and personalised design options tailored to your specific requirements.

A fee of $50 covers an initial design brief and development of design concepts for your house number or home sign. This fee also includes any reviews or reworking required in order to create a design that you love and to proceed to the production stage.

The design process is complete once final sign off has been received and link sent for purchase via the website link.

Our process is simple and enjoyable. Simply add the  “Custom Design” option to your cart and complete a few short questions. This will give us an initial overview of what you are after. Our designers will then be in touch to discuss your preferences, home style and other specific requirements you may have in more detail.

Based on this information, you will be emailed design concepts and pricing for you to review. Any changes will be made after your feedback has been received before a final design confirmation is sent.

Once you are happy with how it looks we will forward a link to our website for purchase and payment and we can commence production of your house number or home sign.

Initial contact will be made within 2-3 working days.

We aim to deliver a design that you will love and reflects your home and style perfectly! For this reason, the design process can take from 14 to 21 working days from initial contact to shipping.  Should you require something sooner than this, please reach out to us via email or note in the post purchase questionnaire so that we can see what we can do to help speed up the process!

Your sign should reflect you and your style, so our designers will work closely with you throughout the design process. We will provide initial designs based on the information you have provided in the questionnaire which we will then revise and adjust, in line with your feedback.

We will only ever start production once you are 100% happy with the design.

Absolutely! Our designers are here to ensure you get the design you envisioned. You can request modifications at any stage prior to the final sign off, and we will gladly refine the design until it meets your expectations. Unfortunately changes can not be accepted once production has commenced.

To ensure design reflects you and your requirements we ask for information including your home’s architectural style, colour scheme and any specific themes you would like us to incorporate. There is also space here for you to include any additional information that you would like to share with the design team.

It is true that a picture tells a thousand words, so it may also be helpful to send a picture of your home to kick off the design process.

A great deal of time and energy goes into each and every design we create so we unfortunately are unable to provide previews of custom designs before purchase. We do however guarantee that we will work with you to create a design that you love!

Once the design process has been completed and final sign off has been received, you will be sent an individual link to our website for purchasing if you would like to see you design come to life.

We are dedicated to creating something beautiful and unique for your home.  There is however no commitment to purchasing your home sign or house number until you are ready.

Production will only start after sign off and payment made via the website.

Little House signs and house numbers are printed on hand cut, matte finish ceramic subway tiles.  Each tile is hand mounted in custom steel frames, featuring two keyhole hang points on the back of the frame for easy installation.

Custom designs can be made in any of our three frame sizes and printed in either a standard matte finish, or a premium embossed finish.

Sizes are:

• 1 number set / 3 tile - 190mm(w) x 135mm(h)
• 2 number set / 4 tile - 255mm(w) x 135mm(h)
• 3 number set / 5 tile - 315mm(w) x 135mm(h)
