Where should I put my house number?
Our house numbers are printed using commercial UV print processes and mounted in a galvanised steel frame. We do however recommend that they placed in a semi-sheltered area, away from direct weather such as next to your front door or under an eve/sheltered part of your home.
Can I see what my design will look like?
Once we receive your order, we will commence production by sending you a copy of your artwork for proofing. Once this has been confirmed, we will then print and frame your set.
How long will my order take?
Following confirmation of artwork, we will commence production and in most cases your order will be sent within 5-7 working days. Standard postage via Australia Post will be arranged unless otherwise agreed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are able to make changes to your order during the design process, however, as your house number or home sign is made specifically for you, we are unable to make changes the order once confirmation has been received and production has commenced.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we are only able to ship within Australia. If you have a special delivery request outside Australia, please make contact with us directly.
Can I return my order?
As your order is custom and has been designed and made just for you, we are unable to process returns. We do however want you to be completely happy with your decision to purchase one of our house numbers so if you have concerns with your order being faulty, please make contact ASAP to arrange a replacement or refund.
