Shipping policy

Standard postage via Australia Post will be arranged unless otherwise agreed. Please advise at time of placing your order if there is a set deadline you are wanting to meet.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to arrive may vary. Little House in the Valley is not responsible for postage / courier delays that occur after your order has left our centre, and freight delays do not constitute grounds for credit, refund or exchanges.

A tracking number will be provided to you so that you can follow the progress of your delivery and we are always happy to help whenever possible.
