Can I see what my design will look like?
Once we receive your order, we will commence production by sending you a copy of your artwork for proofing. Once this has been confirmed, we will then print and frame your set.
How long will my order take?
Following confirmation of artwork, we will commence production and in most cases your order will be sent within 7-10 working days. Standard postage via Australia Post will be arranged unless otherwise agreed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to arrive may vary. A tracking number will be provided to you so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are able to make changes to your order during the design process, however, as your house number or home sign is made specifically for you, we are unable to make changes once confirmation has been received and production has commenced.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we are only able to ship within Australia. If you have a special delivery request outside Australia, please make contact with us directly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. As your order has been designed and made just for you, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the item does not meet your expectations due to personal preference.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the items is deemed to be defective or does not meet our quality standards. If you have concern with the quality of your order or believe there is a defect in the craftsmanship or materials of your item, please contact us with your concerns within 5 working days and we will be able to investigate further for you. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue and reserve the right to assess each return or warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. if a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 21 days of the receipt of the returned item.
My order arrived damaged.
We take great care in packaging your house numbers and home signs so that they arrive safely at your home however if your order does arrive with any damage, we ask that you please notify us within 24 hours of arrival so that a claim may be lodged with Australia Post. Please also provide photographs of the damage and/or the damaged packaging as we require this to lodge a claim.
Where should I put my house number or home sign?
Our house numbers are printed using commercial UV print processes and mounted in galvanised or powder coated steel frames. We do however recommend that they be placed in a sheltered area, away from direct weather and under cover. We do not recommend that our signs be placed on the door, rather a fixed location to avoid the chance of displacement due to door movement.
How do I install my house number or home sign?
Our frames are provided with keyholes to enable easy hanging and installation, however it is up to the purchaser to determine if the wall or surface where you are mounting your sign is suitable and whether the installation of the product will cause any damage to surface. Little House in the Valley is not responsible for installation or liable for any damage arising or caused by installation of the product.

How do I clean my house number or home sign?
Your little house tile sign has been made using a commercial grade UV stable inks designed to provide a durable lasting print. Our tiles are mounted in custom made galvanised or powder coated steel frame also designed with longevity in mind.
It is important however to ensure that the sign is kept away from harsh chemicals or abrasives. If your sign requires cleaning, simply wipe gently with a clean damp cloth.
